CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION
This cancellation and refund policy sets out the guidelines for paintball bookings, aiming to provide a fair and transparent experience for our customers, in accordance with common industry practices and Portuguese legislation.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
- Payment for the reservation will not be subject to refund, rescheduling for another future date is possible, except for exceptional conditions to be assessed by management, with the latter being responsible for the summary decision on refund. Rescheduling must be done with 48 hours notice.

Late Cancellations or No Shows:
- Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance of the reservation date will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of no-show, no refund will be granted.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a paintball booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, technical issues), we will offer the following options:
- Rescheduling: Propose a new date and time for the reservation, subject to availability.

CHANGES TO BOOKING
Customers can request changes to their booking, such as date or time changes, subject to availability. Such requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes requested less than 24 hours in advance are subject to company approval and may be subject to additional fees.

RESCHEDULING LIMITS
Customers have up to one year from the original booking date to reschedule without having to pay the booking fee again.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
This refund policy complies with Portuguese legislation and consumer rights.
